Q027: What is the best coding language for creating software that can run on all operating systems?

there come one language in mind: FORTH

FORTH is that easy to implement that I can?t imagine any situation not having forth. A complete Forth could be extreme small (compiler, interpreter, editor, etc) in 4k of memory. Forth is available for JavaScript, Java, C, Python, many different processors, ?

Anyway, there are some drawbacks, of corse. to build a high quality well optimized Forth system will take some considerable amount of time. Programming Forth is not everybody?s business. Standard library is very small.

Forth is a language which let you do whatever you want - no other language come close to that (may be assembler), not even C. Forth gives you the maximum freedom but you have to do all yourself.
